Majeda El Roumi
Majeda El Roumi is taking a break from the many concerts
that she presented during the summer season in Cairo, Jarash, and Cartage. However, she is preparing the songs of her new album that will be released next year. Even though she is waiting for the Kamal Tawil to finish composing a poem by Farouq Juweida (Why Did You Come Now), she is getting set to record four Lebanese songs. They are written and composed by Elie Shuweiri.  Shuweiri says that those songs will be a great step ahead for the talented Majeda.  

Elias Rahbani
Artist Elias Rahbani postponed the concert that he has announced till next year, some time between January and February. He declared that there are many reasons that caused this delay. He also postponed the program music project that he was working on for production reasons. The program music is for a joint American-Arab production. The concert that will be presented at Casino Du Liban Theatre will be presented in the Western way, and particularly, the American way. Rahbani will be conducting the orchestra and talking to the audience.
He will present Arab,
Italian, and French songs during the concert.

Khazem Al Saher
Up till now, Khazem Al Saher did not announce his final opinion about starring in a musical written by Ahmad Beih, who is making an effort to convince him to do so. Saher on the other hand, has presented a concert at the Opera House in Cairo, during which he was awarded the Certificate of the Arab Congregation of Music by the Secretary General of the Arab Countries' Association, Dr. Ismat Abdul Majeed.  

Julia Boutros
Julia Boutros will visit Lebanon within two weeks. The purpose of the visit is recording the songs of her new album. Ziad Rahbani composes six of the songs, and this is their first work together.

Hani Shaker
Hani Shaker has chosen Actress Sherine to appear in the video clip of his song (Helm Jamil), in which she will be his wife.

Amro Diab
Diab traveled to Saudi Arabia with his wife who will
give birth to their twins. Diab has finished recording a duet song with Artist Hamid Shairi. The latter included it in his album.

Latifa
Latifa's latest album achieved great success. It is
entitled "Wadeh" and incldues nine songs: (Wadeh), (Inshaallah), (Krehtak), (Yalla Neghani), (Waddeh Madi), (Rehlet Zaman), (Ah Ya Leil), (Maktoub Rabbi), and (Baablak). They are written by Mansour Shadi, Omar Batisha, Walid Zureika, and Ahmad Shatta, and composed by Salah Sharnoubi and Elie who is French.
The same
video clip of her song "Inshaallah" has been filmed in three versions: French, Arabic, and a third version that combined both. This is one of the steps of her future international career.  

Najwa Karam
Najwa Karam will present a special concert in the United States, and it is part of Las Vegas' Festivals. She will sing in the concert with George Wassouf and Khazem Al Saher.

Khaled Abdallah
Next month, singer Khaled Abdallah will release his new CD. The CD is a renewed version of Sheikh Imam's songs. It is a joint production between Saout Shaab radio station and Khaled Abdallah.  

Wael Kfouri
Singer Wael Kfouri filmed a video clip for his song (Kelma Bteshrok Shams Nhar). The lyrics are by the poet Nizar Francis and it is composed by Samir Sfeir. Some of the scenes were shot in Pragh, where he also made a video for his song (Hikayat Ashek). The other scenes are shot in Lebanon. The video is directed by Toni Abu Elias.

Simon Hadchiti
Singer Simon Hadchiti flew to the United States to present concerts in seven States for a period of 20 days. He will then return to Lebanon to present a concert on the occasion of the Independence Day on November 22nd. In Lebanon, he will release several new songs before Christmas and New Year.

Juneid Jamil Bashir
Juneid is the son of the famous late Oud player, Jamil Bashir, and lives in the States with his family. He was offended by the misrepresentation of culture songs, so he attempted to restore them. He composed a new version of culture songs himself, distributed, and produced them.
He released them on a new cassette and
CD entitled "Mousica Tunaji Kalb", so that those who are interested in this type of music in the United States and the Arab countries of course, can benefit from it.

Roland Khalil
When he returns from Dubai, on the 1st of Ramadan, singer Roland Khalil will sing on New Year's Eve at Kasr Snoubar, for the Second Year. He will sing with singer Nuha on the tunes of the talented musician Raghed Abi Habib.

Eid Awad
Eid Awad recorded a national song on the occasion of
the Independence Day, entitled
"Allah Ma'o". Officials
at The Guidance Directorate at the Lebanese Army liked the song and will shoot a video clip to be broadcast on T.V on the Independence Day, on November 22nd, and on other national occasions.

Ihab Zalzali
The promising singer, Ihab Zalzali, released a new cassette entitled "Bahebak Attabia'a".
It includes
seven songs written by poets: Aida Bakouni, Abdul Hafez Chams, Samir Nakhle, Toni Abi Karam, and Elias Nasser. They are composed by Nicholas Nakhle, Ihsan Munzir, and Tarek Abu Jaoude. The cassette is produced by Lord Sound, and a video clip will be filmed for the song, (Bahebak Attabia'a).
