Biography

1. Mohammed Abdo of Saudi nationality and known as Fanan El Arab (“the Arabic Artist“) is one of arabic music’s biggest superstars with a consistently hugely successful and profilic recording career to date spanning a period of 45 years.
In the song, Safhat El Ayam (A New Phase of Life), the singer is expressing to his beloved her influential and positive impact on his life which turned out to be joyful and exquisite.

2. Abdel Karim Abdel Kader, known as Sawt El Jareeh (“The Voice Of The Wounded“) is one of the most popular Kuwaiti artists of all time and has released some 40 albums in a recording career of close to 30 years.
The song, El Mohal, (The Impossible) is about the impossibility of continuing his relationship with his beloved because of her immature behaviour.  Nevertheless, he keeps thinking of her.  

3. Abadi El Johar, of Saudi nationality, known as “Ikhtabout El Oud” for being the most accomplished oud player in the Gulf, is known for his own compositions and hits such as Awazel and Eyaunek.
Wash El Jadid (What is New) relates how a couple are complete strangers to each other whether together or far distances apart.  However after experiencing loneliness he realises that his love for her is as for a stranger.
 

4. Khaled Abdel Rahman of Saudi nationality and known as Makhawi El Layl is not only a singer but also a poet, appealing particularly to a young audience.
This song, El Insan (The human being) can be summarised as follows: To be a gallant, loving, faithful, honest person it is necessary to look at oneself before looking to others, and even if by being honest it causes the loss of his beloved, he would rather rely on God’s gift of love.
 

5. Talal Madah, of Saudi nationality and known as the melodious voice of the East, his biggest hits in a long recording career include Megadeer and Resalat Hob.
In the song, Samihini (Forgive Me), the narrator is asking forgiveness from his beloved for his cruelty.  He is asserting that his love never stopped, however the fear of rejection held him back from resuming his relationship with her.
