A name of a saint (Amaro in this case) was given to Lisbon’s "DOCKLANDS" or "DOCAS". Docas is a fun place that manages to include 23 different localities where people can have fun and leisure, and where one can find some of the best offers in restaurants, bars and nightclubs in Lisbon.

The place is special, near the Tagus River, under a big bridge that always reminds people of the famous San Franciscan Golden Gate Bridge. It's called "Ponte 25 de Abril" a relevant date to all the Portuguese people, because it's the date that marks the return of democracy unto this land. "DOCAS" is close to the center of the capital, with a large area for pedestrians, side by side with a marina filled with elegant yachts.

Monthly our "Docas" are visited by more than 100.000 people, that can use the diversity of options and the quality that always stands as a full priority... there is the time and a place to talk business, to stroll with the family, to walk the dog, to feel passion and to fall in love. At night the bright and shimmering colours of Lisbon, our city by the river and the sea, can be seen with all clarity, and with the right food or drink the word is PARTY!

"DOCAS" celebrates, in 2002, the 7th anniversary of a cosmopolitan life, more than a reason for us to dedicate this double CD to a place where music is dear and fundamental.

The first CD is called "Candlelight Dinners" and has the purpose of giving an adequate soundtrack to a nice meal, mixing music of the world, combining sound ingredients from the East, Portugal and Brazil, as we like to do with rich cuisines. The other CD has the overall title of "All Night Long" and is a trip through the Latin and other dance rhythms that you find in Docas and that make you want to enjoy the party..."allnight long!"

An eclectic compilation where we tried everything to reflect the right and multiple moods of an unforgettable place to find and have fun. And remember to have fun with CAPITAL letters!!
