    From Chtaura take the Baalbeck road, passing through Zahle to Ablah. Choose the left fork, turning left again at Beit Shama. Continue through Kfar Dabash and Tarayah and make a left turn just beyond Nebi Rashid. The road to the right leads to ruins which are located on the left side.
    Dated to the end of the first century AD, this Roman temple carries a Latin dedication to Apollo. Thirty meters from the temple is an inverted altar over two meters high which has a beautifully-cut inscription and a garlanded niche.
