Marina Tower
28 development projects had applied for building permits under the original BCD Master Plan. Four of them received the green light after the introduction of some modifications to accommodate both the Master and the national building code.
The publication of decree 5714 of June 19, 2001 amending the Master Plan allowed 24 projects, which had remained blocked, to proceed with their building permit applications.
Furthermore, four new projects have started the procedure to obtain building permits under the new decree.
