We will start this visit by going into the famous Jeita Grotto, a world natural touristic treasure of Lebanon. The Jeita Grotti was among the finalists in the new 7 wonders of the world with millions of votes  attesting for the unique experience you will have. With its majestic stalactites and stalagmites, and a one of a kind natural sound system you will be treated to an acoustic phenomenon rivaled only by the best world cathedrals .After walking between  masterpieces millennia in the making, you will be able to cruise in a boat on the river that helped shape this natural jewel. Next will be a visit to Our Lady of Lebanon, Harissa, a favorite destination to  Lebanon’s multicultural tourists.. Built in 1908, The statue of the Virgin Mary dominates a sanctuary (a chapel in the pedestal) overlooking the Jounieh bay. The visitor will have breathtaking panoramic views compared to Rio de Janeiro statue of Christ. Trip back down to the coast can be done by a lift, the famous “teleferique”, a one of a kind trip in the middle east that will take you between trees and above buildings and roads with unparalleled views. Finally, you will visit Byblos, one of the oldest still inhabited cities in the world and one of the most important archeological sites in the area, where you will have the opportunity to walk the streets and visit sites dating as far back as the Phoenicians and going forward in time to the crusaders era with the daunting crusaders fortress and St John’s church one of the oldest fully preserved churches in the region and still holding on to its original architecture. And you will be able to see Byblos’s fisherman’s port where Cadmous set sail to spread the first written alphabet.
