General Conditions

1.All rates are NET in U.S. Dollars, effective from 15th May 2008 till 10th December 2008.

2. Please apply your usual commission as the previous season on Hotel Rates.

3. All Rates (Rack and Agent) are inclusive of the 10% Government Tax and Service Charges (Meal plan as Indicated). Anastasia reserves the right to amend the rates if any governmental dues, tax levels, stamp duties, or any governmental changes are required by the Lebanese Law.

4.  Group Rates are available upon request and are subject to group size.

5.  No Show / Cancellations less than 48 hours (with the exceptions for Le Vendome   Intercontinental and Phoenicia Intercontinental which need less than 72 hours) from the commencement date of the reservation are subject to a cancellation fee of One Night Accommodation.

6. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.  

7. Regarding Online Reservations and Payments, Handling fee of 50.00 USD will be charged for any cancellation made after payment.

8. Payment should be done prior to passengers’ arrival by either:

1.    TRANSFER TO BANK IN LEBANON; CREDIT LIBANAIS - BAUCHRIEH BRANCH 
  ACCOUNT NUMBER: 007. 190.0034248.00

2.    CHECK payable to Anastasia Travel drawn to any bank in Lebanon.
